Do you ship internationally?

Why didn't I receive confirmation emails from 2700k?
After you place your order, we always send an order confirmation email to the email you provided us. After we ship your order, we also send a shipping confirmation email to the email you provided us. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the emails.
How long does the processing & delivery take?

How can I track my package?

Why isn’t my tracking info updating? Is there something wrong?
Don’t worry – this is completely normal! Tracking information often lags behind the actual status of your package. If it hasn’t been updated in over 4 weeks, please reach out to us, and we’ll help you get to the bottom of it.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are in US Dollars and do not include taxes or customs fees. How do I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love your 2700k experience as much as we do. Here’s everything you need to know about returns:
Timeframe for Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date of your order. If 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Direct Purchases Only: We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from 2700k.com.
- Original Packaging: Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Unused Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were sent to you. Stains, folded cards, or broken seals will not be accepted.
Restocking Fees and Store Credit

Preference-Based Returns: If you’re returning an item for personal preference, you’ll have two options:
- A 30% restocking fee will apply, and you’ll receive a refund for the remaining amount.
- Store Credit: Receive the full amount of your order as store credit.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns.
Mistakes or Damaged Items
- If there was a mistake in your order or an item arrived broken, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
