  • Non-Returnable Items: Pre-orders, personalized items, retailer purchases, or customer-damaged products.
  • Full Refunds: For defective items or shipping errors.
  • Store Credit or Restocking Fees: For preference-based returns.

  • Standard Items: 30 days from delivery.
  • Pre-Order Items: 14 days from delivery (custom-made for you, so we can only accept replacements for defects).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Care: Email us within the return window.
  2. Include These Details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return/replacement
    • Proof of purchase
    • Photos/video of the item (if applicable)
    • Delivery address and contact number

Return Conditions

  • Original Packaging: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all accessories and documentation.
  • Non-Acceptable Conditions: Stains, broken seals, or folded cards.
  • Preference-Based Returns:
    • 30% restocking fee OR full store credit.
    • Customer covers return shipping.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping and replace the item.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep costs fair for everyone, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Pre-order items (custom-made for you)
  • Personalized products
  • Items bought from retailers (contact them directly)
  • Products damaged after delivery (e.g., mishandling)
  • Incorrect purchases (e.g., wrong item selected)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it ASAP!

  1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Photos/video of the issue.
  3. We’ll Handle the Rest: Replacement shipping is on us.

Refunds & Processing

  • Timing: Refunds take up to 14 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Bank Delays: Contact your card issuer if you don’t see the refund—they control the final processing time.
